When will my order ship?
Every Rituelle is handmade for your order. It takes 3 business days to make; once it’s ready, we pack it with care and ship it.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is on us for orders of 1500 TL and over! Below that, shipping is 200 TL.
How is my ring packed?
Every Rituelle comes in its own pouch, also sewn by hand from fabric scraps. Like the ring, each pouch is one of a kind.
Which sizes do you make?
Since every ring is made to order, we can make any size from 7 to 30 (Turkish sizing). Don’t know yours? You can find it with a few coins.

Of course! Tell us your dream colour using the “Request a custom colour” button on the character page or the form below, and let’s talk.

When you tap “Get one”, Shopier’s secure checkout opens. You complete your payment there by card.
Can I return or exchange?
Each ring is made to order in the colour and size you choose, so it isn’t covered by the right of withdrawal. But don’t worry: if it arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll send you a new one at our cost. You can easily find your size with our guide before ordering.
